Jocelyn had a VERY LONG Christmas wish list. This list included every thing from barbies to dragons, my little ponies, rubber snakes, necklaces, ect... And of course when we went to the store and saw a ton pillow pets in the toy isle, she had to add those to her list as well. The pillow pets had actually made it on the list of stuff that we were going to buy her for Christmas however, when she ripped holes in two different pairs of jeans, we decided that new pants were a little more important than a pillow pet. Then by some miracle, the very next day after we took pillow pets off the list, I was contacted by Choppin Gifts to do a review and giveaway. So which product do you think I chose to review? Her pillow pet of choice.....
Jocelyn and I were both excited when the box came in the mail. However, when we opened the box I was completely shocked at the size of the unicorn. The description says it is 18 inches. This is actually the measurement of the width of the body when open. Measuring from nose to the tip of the tail, however, this guy is just over two feet. Another thing I was pleased with was how soft the unicorn was. Seriously I think I may buy another one for myself just to sleep on.
Since this is Jocelyn's Unicorn I thought it might be better if she did the review so I set up a little interview for her. Here are her answers.
What is your favorite thing about your unicorn? The back
Why do you like the back? Because it's supper soft for me to put my head on.
What do you think of the colors? Purple! I like purple! Can we paint my room purple now!
What is your unicorns name? Magitch (I think she was trying to say magic)
What is you favorite thing to do with your unicorn? Chase dragonflies.
Chase dragonflies? Yea, cause she can fly really high and catch them.
Overall, I think this is a great product. It is really well made, large, super soft and at $25 it's very affordable. My favorite part if the little fabric flap the covers up the hard velcro when the pillow is open. It's no fun rolling over in the middle of the night and rubbing your cheek against hard poky velcro.
