Shortly after purchasing my silhouette a few years ago, Cricut started making improvements to their cutting machine. I didn't pay much attention to it at first because I really loved my silhouette, but after some research it seems as though many people who have used both machines, prefer the Cricut over the silhouette. Everywhere you look lately there are tutorials for the Cricut and it seems as though the silhouette is yesterday's news.
